§1756. Administrative supervision fee as nonmandatory requirement of deferred disposition

If an individual consents to a deferred disposition pursuant to section 1901 and a court orders sentencing to be deferred and imposes requirements to be in effect during the period of deferment, the court-imposed deferment requirements may include an administrative supervision fee, as governed by sections 1902 and 1903.   [PL 2019, c. 113, Pt.
