The amendment
removes the fiscal year 2026-27 General Fund appropriation of $9,657,896 and
replaces it with a one-time fiscal year 2025-26 Other Special Revenue Funds
allocation of $4,000,000 for county jail operations funded by crediting up to
$4,000,000 in Maine Budget Stabilization Fund interest in fiscal year
2025-26. |
