This bill includes
ongoing appropriations and allocations beginning in fiscal year 2026-27 to
the Maine Office of Community Affairs (MOCA) for two Resource Management

Special Revenue Funds, and associated costs. The bill provides $132,761 in
General Fund appropriations and $135,761 in Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations for these positions. |
|
The bill also
includes one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $94,594 and
one-time deallocations of $9,282 in fiscal year 2026-27 to support the
reclassification of one Public Safety Inspector III position to a Public
Safety Inspector Supervisor position. In addition, the bill includes ongoing
Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $2,137 beginning in fiscal year
2026-27 to reflect changes in retirement plan costs for certain
employees. |
|
The bill further
includes a one-time transfer of $1,000,000 from the Maine Budget
