This amendment
reduces the one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Economic
and Community Development from $500,000 to $160,000 in fiscal year 2026-27.
The amendment also transfers funds from an Other Special Revenue Funds
account within the Department of the Attorney General to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to offset the General Fund appropriation
provided. |
