Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment adds transfers from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to various programs within the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and the Finance Authority of Maine. The amendment also deappropriates funds from the Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services, and Maine State Housing Authority. A balanced budget is maintained.
