Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment diverts revenue from the income tax surcharge from the General Fund into the Fund for Public Prekindergarten to Grade 12 Education and provides an allocation for the State's share of funding public prekindergarten to grade 12 education. A balanced budget is not maintained.
