|
The amendment
removes the transfer from the Maine Budget Stabilization Fund to the
Affordability Payment Program and deallocates the one-time Other Special
Revenue Funds allocation provided in Part T for this purpose. The amendment
suspends the fuel tax for 60 days and offsets that loss in revenue to the
Highway Fund with a one-time transfer from the Maine Budget Stabilization
Fund. A balanced budget is maintained. |
