The amendment
decreases the transfer from the Maine Budget Stabilization Fund to the
Affordability Payment Program and reduces the one-time Other Special Revenue
Funds allocation provided in Part T for this purpose as a result of
decreasing the affordability payment from $300 to $200. Instead the amendment
adds transfers from the Maine Budget Stabilization Fund to various programs
in the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and Finance
Authority of Maine. A balanced budget
is maintained. |
