This bill provides
General Fund appropriations to the Office of Affordable Health Care of
$25,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 to contract with external consultants to
conduct data analysis to implement the reporting requirements within the
bill.
There is a potential future biennium General Fund cost increase to the
State Employee Health Plan to comply with the provisions of the bill. |
