The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $350,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 to establish the Health
Information Technology Fund to support the operation of a state-designated
health information exchange.
The bill also includes a one-time transfer from an Other Special Revenue
Funds account within the Department of the Attorney General to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to offset the General Fund
appropriation provided. |
