This amendment
eliminates the ongoing General Fund appropriations to the Department of
Health and Human Services of $1,800,000 beginning in fiscal year 2026-27 and
instead provides a one-time General Fund appropriation of $350,000 in fiscal
year 2026-27. The amendment also transfers funds from an Other Special
Revenue Funds account within the Department of the Attorney General to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to offset the General Fund
appropriation provided. |
