|
This amendment
removes the provisions of the bill related to transfers of unclaimed beverage
container deposits from the commingling cooperative to the Department of
Environmental Protection and the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and
Forestry. The amendment also removes the associated position allocations and
related costs. As amended, the bill is not anticipated to affect the
distribution of spirits contract revenue to the Highway Fund. |
