|
The bill provides
a one-time shift in the distribution of real estate transfer tax revenue of
$1,012,671 in fiscal year 2026-27 from the Maine State Housing Authority's
Housing Production Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds program to the Maine
State Housing Authority's Shelter Operating Subsidy, Other Special Revenue
Funds program. The bill decreases the Housing Production Fund, Other Special
Revenue Funds program allocation by $1,012,671 in fiscal year 2026-27 and
provides an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $1,012,671 in fiscal
year 2026-27 to the Shelter Operating Subsidy program. |
