	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $87,794,430 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $856,388 in fiscal year 2026-27 to implement the provisions within the bill. A one-time General Fund appropriation of $8,250,000 will be required in fiscal year 2027-28 to the Department of Health and Human Services for technology costs to implement a needed SNAP Error Rate Reduction System.
