The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$87,846,400 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $846,400 in fiscal year 2026-27 to
implement the provisions within the bill.
A more recent estimate would indicate the Department will need additional
one-time funding of $8,250,000 in fiscal-year 2027-28 for technology costs
related as a result of cost increases of contracts for the SNAP Error Rate
Reduction System. |
