Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require a General Fund appropriation of $1,581,292 in fiscal year 2026-27 to implement the extensions to the MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 21 as outlined in this Resolve. A Federal Expenditures Fund allocation will also be required for the FMAP match.
