This bill allows
the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Standards (bureau), to adopt rules
governing agricultural labor housing standards. Should the bureau adopt new
rules, the additional costs to the Department of Labor of any new rulemaking
process are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
