|
This bill removes
the requirement that rules adopted by the Department of Labor, Bureau of
Labor Standards (bureau) governing agricultural labor housing standards must
be identical to federal housing habitability regulations. Should the bureau
adopt new rules, the additional costs to the Department of Labor of any new
rulemaking process are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. |
