This bill
includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations to the Department of Health
and Human Services of $272,316 beginning in fiscal year 2026-27 to establish
one Program Services II position to oversee the Department's Certified
Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) certificate program and includes all other
funding for a contract position to address clinical issues in the training
and testing process, and work with the Board of Nurses to improve training
quality and CRMA competency.
This bill also includes an Other Special Revenue Funds revenue increase of
$202,500 beginning in fiscal year 2026-27 from CRMA Licensing fees to
administer the program. |
