This bill
modifies the content and timing requirement of reports that the Department of
Education (DOE), with input from the Department of Health and Human Services
(DHHS), makes to the Legislature. Any additional costs to DOE or DHHS to
implement the provisions of this bill are expected to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
