This bill
authorizes the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to
complete three land transactions: convey approximately 7 acres to the Town of
Westmanland for road maintenance, sell 0.25 acres in Big W Township to allow
for private ownership of a pre-existing septic system, and exchange 0.25
acres in Presque Isle to resolve a property line issue. Any Other Special
Revenue Funds generated as a result of these transactions is not anticipated
to be significant. The recipients of the transactions will pay any costs
associated with the transfers. |
