	This bill expands the purposes for which bonds related to the judicial branch may be issued to now include acquiring and improving property relating to the judicial branch in Cumberland, Franklin, Penobscot and Sagadahoc Counties. Although the overall cap of judicial branch bonds outstanding at any one time remains at $205,000,000, expanding the projects eligible to be bonded may create additional future debt service costs to the General Fund that would not have been incurred absent this bill. No estimate of future cost can  be made until a specific bond project becomes known.
