|
This bill
authorizes the adjustment of salary schedules upward consistent with
collective bargaining agreements reached by the Judicial Department and the
bargaining units representing Judicial Department employees. Costs to the
General Fund must be provided by the Salary Plan program, General Fund
account within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services up to
a $10,000,000 combined total for fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27. |
