This bill may
increase the number of civil suits filed in the court system. The additional
workload associated with the minimal number of new cases filed in the court
system does not require additional funding at this time. The collection of
additional filing fees will increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts. |

Allowing funds
within the Competitive Skills Scholarship Program (CSSP) Fund to be used to
support a newly established Community Workforce Connections Program within
the Department of Labor will increase costs to the CSSP Fund beginning in
fiscal year 2025-26. However, because
the CSSP Fund has sufficient budgeted resources to support the increase in
costs, no additional allocations are required. |
