The additional
workload associated with the minimal number of new cases filed in the court
system does not require additional funding at this time. The collection of
additional fines will increase General Fund or other dedicated revenue by
minor amounts. |

The Department of
Health and Human Services will require an ongoing annual Other Special
Revenue Funds revenue increase of $19,200 beginning in fiscal year 2025-26
from the increased penalties for water well drilling violations included in
the bill. Other Special Revenue Funds allocations will also be required. |
