|
The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$10,051,864 in fiscal year 2026-27 for a cost-of-living adjustment for
several sections within MaineCare policy. A Federal Expenditures Fund
allocation is also included in this bill for the FMAP match and an Other
Special Revenue Fund allocation for the Nursing Facility Tax.
An Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $133,768 is also provided to
the Maine Health Data Organization for data collection and implementation of
a reporting dashboard to calculate the care gap for OADS services. |
