|
The Department of
Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management will require General Fund
appropriations of $400,628 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $400,331 in fiscal year
2026-27 for one State Dam Inspector position, one Assistant State Dam
Inspector position, one Emergency Response Training Coordinator position and
related costs to inventory and inspect state dams and preparation of a
long-term maintenance and repair plan for dams. |

Any additional
costs to the Department of Environmental Protection to adopt the changes in
this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
