This amendment
removes the provisions of the bill related to the establishment of an
inventory tracking system, product labeling requirements and the competitive
bidding process for a medical-use cannabis inventory-tracking vendor. As a
result of these changes, the anticipated Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations beginning in fiscal year 2027-28 are no longer required. |
