The bill includes
ongoing annual General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and
Human Services of $927,310 beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 to operate a peer
respite center providing 24-hour short-term mental health services for
adults. The bill also includes a one-time General Fund appropriation to the
Department of Health and Human services of $175,000 in fiscal year 2025-26
for start-up costs to establish the peer respite center. |
