|
This amendment
removes the provision expanding the definition of "employee" to
include remote workers of businesses in the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment
Authority, which owns and administers the former Brunswick Naval Air Station,
for purposes of calculating disbursements by the State into the Brunswick
Naval Air Station Job Increment Financing Fund and removes the General Fund
revenue decrease of $304,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 as well as the Local
Government Fund revenue decrease of $16,000 in fiscal year 2026-27. |
