The Department of
Public Safety would require General Fund appropriations of $253,266 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $216,117 in
fiscal year 2026-27 and Highway Fund allocations of $136,375 in fiscal year
2025-26 and $116,371 in fiscal year 2026-27 to establish, operate and
maintain a sexual assault forensic examination kit tracking system, perform
an inventory of all kits and develop an annual report on the tracking system. |
