This bill
includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $1,370,711 per year beginning
in fiscal year 2025-26 to the Department of Education for the cost of
lowering the student-to-teacher ratio for programs at career and technical
centers or regions with fewer than 1000 students enrolled within the center's
or region's geographic boundaries from one full-time equivalent teacher
allocation for programs with a minimum of 8 students to one full-time
equivalent teacher allocation for programs with a minimum of 4 students. |
