Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment removes funding for fiscal year 2025-26, and removes the two positions that are no longer required for the bill as these positions were continued and made permanent last budget in LD 210 and the Department of Health and Human Services has confirmed they will absorb the work within this bill. The needed funding for the contracts has also been reduced to $325,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 as this amendment removes the requirement that the Department of Health and Human Services continue to add at least one mobile dental services provider in each district every school year.
