|
The Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation has indicated that it will require
ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $171,944 in fiscal year
2025-26 and $232,877 in fiscal year 2026-27 for one Secretary Specialist
position and one Manufactured Home Inspector position and related costs to
track and monitor manufactured housing community lot rent and fees, manage
related consumer inquiries and investigate complaints. According to the
department, the Manufactured Housing Board does not have sufficient revenue
to cover the additional expenses and fees may need to be increased to support
the ongoing costs. |
