This bill
establishes the Commercial Fishing Safety Fund within the Department of
Marine Resources and authorizes the department to accept donations and other
contributions. The bill includes ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds
allocation of $500 beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 to create the account
within the state’s accounting system and enable the department to receive and
expend funds. |
