This amendment
removes the ongoing General Fund appropriations for positions,
position-associated costs and testing costs from the bill. The amendment
eliminates provisions of the bill that established a process for
audit-testing of cannabis products. The amendment retains provisions that
change the allowable limit for contamination in adult-use cannabis and
cannabis products. |
