Requiring the
Department of Health and Human Services to propose and implement rates by
July 1, 2025 for MaineCare services provided by home and community-based
services providers as determined by the department's rate study is expected
to have a fiscal impact. However, because the rate setting process is ongoing
and rates have not been finalized a more precise impact is not possible at
this time. The fiscal impact may be General Fund costs or savings based on
the final rates. |
