This bill
establishes a green crab only wholesale dealer license with a $50 fee and
directs revenue from the license to the Green Crab Management Fund within the
Department of Marine Resources. The license is expected to generate $1,000
annually in Other Special Revenue Funds beginning in fiscal year 2025-26. |
