This amendment
eliminates the ongoing General Fund appropriations and deappropriations in
the bill associated with transferring the Housing Opportunity Program from
the Department of Economic and Community Development to the Maine Office of
Community Affairs as these appropriations and deappropriations were included
in Part D of Public Law 2025, chapter 388, the 2026-2027 biennial
budget. As amended, this bill has no
fiscal impact. |
