This amendment
specifies that products exempted from mandatory testing based on a
determination that additional production activities do not constitute further
processing are also exempt from additional quality control testing by the
Office of Cannabis Policy. These changes eliminate the need for the General
Fund appropriations included in the committee amendment for related positions
and testing costs. |
