This amendment
removes the ongoing General Fund appropriations to continue and make
permanent one State Education Representative position as this position was
funded in the 2026-27 supplemental budget. The amendment also converts the
ongoing General Fund appropriations to the Department of Education for a
contracted review team (and related professional development) to one-time
funds in fiscal year 2026-27 and reduces the total appropriation for this
purpose from $165,000 to $100,000. |
