	The bill includes an ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds base allocation to the Department of Health and Human Services of $500 beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 to establish the Building Opportunity Through Out-of-school Time Program Fund and allow for the expenditure of funds to expand out-of-school programming in the event that public or private funds are received.
