The bill
establishes the Municipal Stream Crossing Fund within the Department of
Transportation with base Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and Federal
Expenditures Funds allocations of $500 beginning in fiscal year 2025-26. |

Any additional
costs to the Department of Transportation associated with establishing and
administering the competitive grant program are expected to be minor and can
be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
