The Maine
Historic Preservation Commission has indicated that it will require ongoing
General Fund appropriations of $25,000 per year beginning in fiscal year
2025-26 for the additional administrative costs associated with expanding
eligibility for grants for the preservation and restoration of historic
properties to allow for properties that have been designated as historic
properties by municipal historic preservation ordinances. |
