	Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services to convene a working group and report back to the legislature are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
	Any additional costs to the Department of Corrections, Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management and the Commission on Public Defense Services to participate in the working group are also expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
