This bill repeals
the Extreme Risk Protection Order Act. The bill includes General Fund
deappropriations to the Judicial Branch in fiscal year 2026-27 associated
with the elimination of one Judge position, one Deputy Marshal position and
one Assistant Clerk position and related All Other costs. |
