According to the
Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, additional costs to the
Board of Chiropractic Licensure to implement the requirements of this
legislation can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources as long as a
sunrise review is not required pursuant to Title 5, section 12015, subsection
3. Additional dedicated revenue to the board from certification or other fees
is expected to be minor. |
