|
The Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation has indicated the it will require a
one-time General Fund appropriation of $20,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 for the
costs associated with conducting a Sunrise review pursuant to Title 5,
section 12015 due to the proposed expansion of prescriptive authority for
naturopathic doctors. |

The department
will also require ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $1,000
per year beginning in fiscal year 2025-26 for the per diem and other expenses
for 2 members of the Board of Complementary Health Care Providers to
participate in the formulary subcommittee. |
