This bill includes
one-time General Fund appropriations to the Bureau of General Services within
the Department of Administrative and Financial Services of $15,000 in fiscal
year 2025-26 and $15,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 to install diaper changing
stations within public restrooms in state-owned public buildings. This
estimate assumes an average installed cost of $640 per diaper changing
station. |
