This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $250,000 in fiscal year
2024-25 to the Maine State Housing Authority (MSHA) to support the conversion
of the Island Nursing Home in Hancock County into 24 affordable apartments
for senior citizens. Additional costs to MSHA to submit the required report
can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
